DON'T USE AI FOR CREATIVITY

We all know that AI is being talked about, used, and abused in 2026. Pandora's box has been opened and there is no going back. But... we still have an alternative option. DON'T USE IT.
Now, I'm not saying don't use it at all. However, I think we should be cautious when offloading our creative process to something that is souless. Creative humans are creative because they put their heart and soul into their work.
I know the urge to use AI to streamline the creative process is tempting. You can become so much more productive and take on more work. But, if life is only about pursuing a larger volume of work, when will it ever be enough? Creative work was never meant to be a volume game. It was meant to be a quality game. As a business owner working in the creative space, I believe my work reflects ME. If I offload my creative process to something that isn't me, I sacrifice my God given gift; the reason people want to work with me.
WHAT WILL THE CREATIVE FUTURE LOOK LIKE?
I'm an optomist, so it excites me when I see AI garbage being spread all over social media. My prediction for the creative space is that true creatives boycotting AI will have the upper hand. Why's that you ask? Because, business owner's are trying to craft their brand. They know that AI slop will never encompass and grasp what their values as a business are.
The future method that creatives will lean into is going to look something like this: "Made by Humans for Humans". We must all lean into the human side of our work. Creativity is not about generic perfection, but rather beautiful imperfection. AI will never be able to replace the human side of our work.
So, my advice to creatives considering offloading their work to AI is DON'T. Keep your creative process Human. The good, bad and imperfections. Remember why you became a creative in the first place and keep pushing through the era of AI slop.
